Terms of Service
These terms govern use of MarketingOS, the internal marketing and sales platform of Piedmont Plastics. By signing in to or using MarketingOS you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. Who may use MarketingOS
MarketingOS is for Piedmont Plastics employees and contractors whom Piedmont Plastics has authorized. Access is by Piedmont Plastics Microsoft work account and is limited by role. You may not share your access or let anyone else use it.
2. What MarketingOS does
MarketingOS lets authorized users review customer and prospect accounts, follow up on sales leads, plan and send email campaigns, record sales wins, and report on website, search and advertising performance, including by connecting to services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and Google Ads. How information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- use MarketingOS only for Piedmont Plastics business and in line with Piedmont Plastics policies;
- keep the information you see confidential and use it only for the purpose it was collected for;
- send email and other messages only in compliance with applicable law, including honoring unsubscribe requests;
- follow the terms of the third-party services MarketingOS connects to, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You agree that you will not:
- break the law or use MarketingOS to harm, harass, deceive or discriminate against anyone;
- use MarketingOS or any Google API to create, store or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated imagery, or any other content that exploits or abuses people;
- try to get around access controls, probe or disrupt the service, or access data you are not authorized to see;
- copy, scrape or export information from MarketingOS except through features provided for that purpose.
4. Data and content
Information in MarketingOS belongs to Piedmont Plastics, except for what third parties own, such as Google's data in your Google accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to enter it.
5. AI-generated content
Some features produce drafts, summaries or recommendations using artificial intelligence. These can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
6. Availability and changes
MarketingOS is provided as an internal tool, as is, and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time. Features that send information to outside services may be switched on or off by administrators without notice.
7. Suspension and ending access
Piedmont Plastics may suspend or end anyone's access at any time, including if these terms are broken or when employment or an engagement ends.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MarketingOS is provided without warranties of any kind, and Piedmont Plastics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
